Community Group. Any structured collection of members organized around a shared interest, activity, or purpose within the Ausclans platform. Groups are created by members and may be public, private, or by invitation only. Ausclans provides the digital infrastructure but does not own, moderate, or control the content or conduct of any group unless explicitly stated in the Terms of Service.

Member. Any individual who has registered an account on Ausclans. Membership implies acceptance of the platform’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. A member may belong to multiple groups and may leave or be removed from a group at any time, subject to the group’s own rules and the platform’s moderation policies.

Engagement Tools. Features provided by Ausclans to facilitate interaction within groups, including but not limited to discussion boards, event scheduling, shared document repositories, polls, and direct messaging. These tools are offered as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at the platform’s discretion. Ausclans does not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of any specific tool.

Digital Interaction Spaces. Virtual environments within the platform where members can communicate, collaborate, and share content. These spaces are subject to the same Terms of Service and Community Guidelines as the rest of the platform. Ausclans reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to any space that violates these policies.

Social Connection and Participation. The intended outcomes of using Ausclans. These terms refer to the voluntary engagement of members in group activities and interactions. Ausclans does not guarantee that any member will form meaningful connections or achieve a specific level of participation. Results vary based on individual effort, group dynamics, and external factors beyond the platform’s control.

Limitation of Liability. Ausclans provides the platform as a service. It is not responsible for the actions, statements, or conduct of any member, group organizer, or third party. Members use the platform at their own risk. Ausclans expressly disclaims any liability for disputes, damages, or losses arising from the use of the platform or participation in any group activity, whether online or offline.
